Chris Haughton

Chris Haughton is an Associate at Turner & Townsend responsible for delivering the new Brimbank Aquatic and Leisure Centre led by Brimbank City Council which aims to achieve Australia’s first 100 percent electric powered aquatic centre. Having been involved in the project since its conception in 2018, Chris was initially appointed as Project Manager, however by providing excellent project management support and developing strong client relationships he is now the Project Director. Chris exemplifies project leadership by managing the budget, reporting to senior leadership and acting as the Superintendent Representative.

Georgia Fugler

Georgia is a results-driven Project Manager from Conscia, with over eleven years’ experience leading and delivering successful projects with a focus on design and project management advisory. Georgia is an AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director. Between 2020 and 2021, Georgia successfully led and delivered the CSIRO Public Works Committee Support project for Conscia on behalf of her client CSIRO. She was able to help the P3 project team achieve the goal of PWC expediency despite a series of significant challenges including geographically dispersed stakeholders, project delays and both Federal and State government changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jenny Zhang

As a manager within the Infrastructure, Assets and Places team within KPMG, Jenny juggles multiple projects in all stages of the project life cycle as part of her day to day job. Her last 2 years have included asset-focused projects in such diverse environments as:
• Department of Family, Fairness and Housing
• V/Line Asset Criticality Tool
• Victoria Health Building Authority
• Department of Transport
• Defence CIO Group
• KPMG – Circular Economy Innovation Challenge.
When managing projects, Jenny draws on her experience as a Naval Officer to develop a high performing project team based on the concepts of principle-based leadership, delegation and teamwork.

Joydeep Das

Joydeep Das is a results driven and customer focused Senior Delivery Leader with over 20 years experience across the financial services, Government & Telco verticals with a proven track record of delivering large transformational programs with circa $600M budgets. Joydeep is a passionate customer advocate and thrives on building a strong network and partnership with all stakeholders and customers. Joydeep’s recent achievements include leading a Unified Communications Cloud transformation for 35000 NAB users, leading the Cleanaway Whole-of-Business Transition program and managing the Tasmania Government Radio Network program. Joydeep leads from the front, communicates effectively, and motivates his team through inspirational leadership.

Luke Osland

Luke Osland was Development Victoria’s Project Director for the State Netball and Hockey Centre Redevelopment Project. Luke served as Principal under the contract with the contractor. Luke led the Development Victoria project team and was responsible for managing the clients and key stakeholders: 
• Sport and Recreation Victoria
• State Sport Centres Trust 
• Netball Victoria 
• Hockey Victoria
• City of Melbourne 
Luke’s demonstrated excellence in project management, team leadership and stakeholder management steering the project through a variety of challenges to deliver a piece of significant infrastructure, under budget (with over $5M worth of additional scope) that the stakeholders are extremely proud of.

Nathan Lavender

Nathan is a project manager with Parks Victoria and is responsible for the development and delivery of the Plenty River Trail ($19.3M) and Wattle Park ($4.3M) projects which both form part of the $154M Suburban Parks Program. Both projects form part of prominent park upgrades in the northern and eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Nathan has been with Parks Victoria for approx. 1 year, civil engineer by trade and has previously worked with VicRoads and John Holland.

Richard Stanton

Richard has been managing IT projects for over 20 years, with experience across several industries including logistics, transport, retail, government, Defence, FMCG, manufacturing, education. He has a track record of delivering major IT projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction. His extensive experience in end-to-end project management gives him the ability to anticipate and quickly identify potential problem areas and address them early. Richard is a business-focused PM who currently works at a national 3rd party logistics organisation, where he has managed several projects involving transport technologies and warehouse management systems.

Sam Ives

Sam is currently on a client engagement where he works on a range of projects and initiatives relating to a Regional Broadband Satellite Service (RBSS). This work has included the maiden deployment and widespread rollout of the RBSS network across Australia and the technical transition of the RBSS service provider into the client organisation. Sam has demonstrated his ability to lead teams to achieve successful outcomes in both project management and program supporting roles across many different and challenging initiatives.

Pranjal Pawar

Starting out as a Consultant in the private sector to her current role as a Project Manager working for the Victorian Government's property development and project delivery agency, Development Victoria, Pranjal’s career trajectory has developed her into a well-rounded, highly competent, and compassionate professional specialising in the field of Project Management. Her unique ‘people-centred’ management style has been developed through her experience from working across various industries. This has exposed her to a diverse range of projects and thus enabled her to leverage her skills and expertise as a Project Management professional.

Simon Hoarebury

Simon Hoarebury's current role is Design Director at  North Western Program Alliance. Simon Hoarebury is a highly experienced Project Director, knowledgeable in capital projects and Melbourne’s metropolitan rail network. Simon’s technical knowledge, stakeholder management achievements, and his and natural leadership provides the foundation for his project management successes. Over the course of his career Simon has shown an exceptional ability to deliver innovative, cost effective solutions that create efficiencies across the broader transport network whilst minimising disruption to rail operations. Simon has demonstrated his ability to work within both ‘design and construct’ and collaborative alliance environments, effectively coordinating with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired results.
