Emma Young

A Certified Practicing Project Manager with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a graduate diploma in Project Management, Emma currently manages a portfolio of nine projects in the Northern Territory. These are spread across six Department of Defence Bases, ranging in diversity across various infrastructure developments. Since relocating from Melbourne to Darwin in June 2020, Emma has expanded her portfolio by managing projects in remote locations during both design development and construction delivery. Emma’s attention to detail and agile leadership is shown in her success in the delivery of the projects she manages.

Georgia Davey

With over eight years of experience delivering complementary projects to operational capabilities in the defence industry, Georgia has been involved in more than 70+ scopes of work worth >AUD 250 million across the Northern Territory. Currently, Georgia is leading a dedicated Project Delivery team for Aurecon’s Defence Services NT for Directorate Estate Works Program Office, where she is also heavily involved in mentoring emerging project managers. Georgia is committed to continuous skills growth both for herself and those around her. Georgia is completing her master's in project management and recently completed a Certification of Professional Project Directorship.

Pankaj Patel

Pankaj is a qualified Civil Engineer and Senior Project Manager with RPS and has more than 31 years of construction and engineering industry experience, including 16 years in Australia and New Zealand. Pankaj has successfully delivered projects for the Australian Government, Defence, the Northern Territory Government, and several private clients. Pankaj is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) and an IPMA Level B Certified Senior Project Manager since 2013 (figure 2). By using fundamental project management processes, procedures and RPS’ project delivery system, Pankaj ensures consistent project outcomes and has an outstanding portfolio of successful projects.

Ruchi Borad

Ruchi is a passionate and proficient Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry including four in Project Management. Since joining RPS in 2017, Ruchi has worked tirelessly on one of the complex TDL Redev and KC-30A Facilities project. Thanks to her excellent work and efforts, she has gained Diploma in Project Management, achieved AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager accreditation and promotion. Ruchi takes her role seriously with exceptional dedication and continues to develop her skills as a Project Manager, mastering process and procedures to ensure consistent project outcomes.
